ShellMenuView 是一款檔案總管右鍵選單管理工具，可用來顯示系統已登錄的檔案和資料夾右鍵選單項目，使用者可根據不同的副檔名來檢視它們的檔案關聯、檔案類型等資訊，或者停用或啟用選單中的一個或多個項目。這款軟體所顯示的資訊包括選單名稱、副檔名、選單鍵、檔案類型、類型描述、延伸模式、檔案名稱等。
值得一提的是，這款免費軟體可讓使用者設定或移除選單項目的延伸模式。當某個項目被設定為延伸模式時，該項目的選單名稱 (即出現在右鍵選單上的名稱) 就不會出現在右鍵選單上，只有在按住 Shift 鍵後再開啟右鍵選單，才會出現在右鍵選單。譬如說，以選單名稱為「以受保護的檢視開啟(&V)」的 .doc 副檔名為例，一般情況下，若在 .doc 文件上按右鍵，我們會在選單上看到「以受保護的檢視開啟(V)」這個項目。然而，若在這款軟體的主視窗將該項目設定為延伸模式，那麼該項目就不會再出現在右鍵選單，只有先按住 Shift 鍵再按右鍵才會出現。
注意 1：檔案總管右鍵選單的若干項目是動態產生的。在這些情況中，使用者可以使用 ShellExView 將其停用。
注意 2：請將下載回來的繁體中文語系檔解壓縮並將同名 .ini 檔放在程式同一資料夾中，程式啟動後即為繁體中文介面。

The program is a small utility that displays the list of static menu items that appeared in the context menu when you right-click a file/folder on Windows Explorer, and allows you to easily disable unwanted menu items.
The program doesn’t require any installation process or additional DLLs. In order to start using it, just copy the executable file (shmnview.exe) to any folder you like, and run it.
The main window displays the list of menu items. You can select one or more menu item, and enable/disable them.
You can also set or remove the extended mode of menu item. When menu item is in extended mode, the item is displayed only if you press the Shift key when the context menu is opened.
