Google Backup and Sync Tool 是一款 Google 雲端硬碟備份與同步處理工具，支援 Windows 和 Mac 作業系統。這款軟體可讓您將電腦、相機和 SD 卡等裝置的資料夾中的檔案上傳並儲存在雲端空間，然後使用任何手機、平板電腦或電腦在 Google Drive 雲端硬碟資料夾中瀏覽、查看、整理及編輯雲端硬碟的檔案、取得所需內容，並可在 Google 相簿中瀏覽您的相片和影片。
必須注意的是，如果您的電腦已有安裝 Google Drive 程式，那麼安裝這款新的備份與同步工具後就會自動覆蓋，因為現在只要這一同步工具就能處理所有工作。再者，使用這款新工具從電腦備份到雲端的檔案會跟原有雲端硬碟中的檔案分開顯示和管理，以免兩邊的檔案亂掉。原有的雲端硬碟會以「我的雲端硬碟」名稱存在。另外，原本預設只有「文件」、「電腦版」和「圖片」三個資料夾，現在您可點選它們下方的「選擇資料夾」來加入更多資料夾，將您的檔案備份到其他資料夾。

This tool can upload and store files from any folder on your computer, camera, and SD cards to the cloud. You can find your content on any phone, tablet, or computer using Google Drive, and your photos and videos in Google Photos.
The new tool will replace the existing backup tools, so if you already use those, be prepared for the update. The backup tool works for both Windows and MacOS.
The application allows you to browse and view files from drive.google.com in the Google Drive folder on your computer. Open, organize, and make changes to any of your files and any changes you make to files will sync everywhere.
As always, only the first 15GB is free.
