SecretFolder 是一款免費的資料夾隱藏軟體，支援主要版本的 Windows 作業系統 (32 & 64 位元) 以及 NTFS、FAT32、exFAT、FAT 等檔案系統。這款免費軟體簡單易用，只要將要隱藏的資料夾拖放到程式主視窗或者點擊「Add」(添加) 按鈕，然後選取要隱藏的資料夾，即可將該資料夾鎖定 (Lock) 並隱藏起來。若要解鎖，只要開啟程式，在被隱藏的資料夾清單中點選或全選要解鎖的資料夾，然後點擊「Unlock」按鈕即可。
這款軟體安裝後第一次啟動時會要求使用者輸入自己設定的密碼。輸入密碼後按下「OK」即可開始使用。使用者可用它來同時隱藏無限多個資料夾，而且被加密保護的資料也沒有大小限制。不過，請務必牢記或保管好密碼，因為除了鎖定和解鎖需要用到外，移除該軟體也需要輸入密碼才能移除。
注意：這款軟體提供簡體中文 (無繁體中文) 等多國語言介面，若要使用簡體中文，請從「Preferences」→「Language」的 Language settings 下拉式選單中選取 Chinese (Simplified) 並按下「OK」，程式重新啟動後即變成簡體中文介面。此外，程式視窗中有廣告，但無礙程式的操作。
