TurnedOnTimesView 是一款免費的電腦開關機及使用時間檢視軟體。雖然 Windows 作業系統的事件檢視器會記錄電腦開關機、登入登出等時間，但這個位在控制台 → 系統及安全性 → 系統管理工具底下的檢視事件記錄檔讓人看了等於沒看，實在太不好用了。不過，現在有了這款免安裝軟體，您可以輕易地檢視及得知電腦何時開機、何時關機、使用了多久時間等等資訊。
TurnedOnTimesView 啟動後會顯示每一電腦使用時程 (從電腦開機、使用電腦到電腦關機這段時間) 的開機時間、關機時間、期間 (使用時間)、關機原因 (系統失敗或應用程式問題等)、關機類型 (電源關閉或重新啟動)、關機處理程序等資訊。
注意：請將下載回來的繁體中文語系檔解壓縮並將同名 .ini 檔放在程式同一資料夾中，程式啟動後即為繁體中文介面。

The program is a simple tool that analyses the event log of Windows operating system, and detects the time ranges that your computer was turned on. For every period of time that the computer was turned on, the following information is displayed: Startup Time, Shutdown Time, Duration, Shutdown Reason, Shutdown Type, Shutdown Process, and Shutdown Code.
The program allows you to get this information from your local computer, and from remote computer on your network if you have enough privilege to read the event log of Windows remotely.
