Quick Access Popup 是一款管理檔案和資料夾的工具，介面親和直覺，簡單易用，可讓您有效且快速地存取常用檔案和資料夾。它亦可讓您建立個人化的選單或群組，內含個人最喜歡和最常用的資料夾、文件、應用程式和 Windows 程式的捷徑以及網站連結和 FTP 站台等等。您可為這些選單項目設定不同的圖示和快捷鍵或熱鍵。當您熟悉了這一工具的操作之後，對於工作效率的提升將會有很大的助益。
這款免費軟體會常駐在系統工具列，若要關閉程式，則在圖示上按右鍵並點擊「離開 Quick Access Popup」。若在圖示上按右鍵或左鍵後點擊「設置…」(Settings…)，則會開啟選單或群組的編輯視窗，您可在此新增、編輯或移除選單項目。點擊圖示 (在圖示上按左鍵) 可讓使用者從選單中快速存取資料夾、開啟檔案或執行應用程式等。
注意：程式啟動後為英文介面，請點擊「Settings…」開啟設置視窗，接著點擊視窗右上角的 Options，然後在 General 頁籤的 Language 下拉式選單中選取 Traditional Chinese，按下「Save」按鈕並重新啟動程式，即變成繁體中文介面。

The program is presented within a user-friendly interface, and all options are clearly marked making setup extremely easy. It was very responsive, and there was no observable lag when running it through its paces.
