ScanTransfer 是一款只要掃描 QR Code 即可將手機裡的照片和影片無線傳到桌上型和筆記型電腦的軟體，支援 iOS v9.0 以上版本及 Android Chrome v59 以上版本的手機。Android 手機除了照片和影片外還可傳送其他類型的檔案，包括聲音檔和文件。此外，它還可與 Facebook App 和 Twitter App 以及其他有提供 QR Code 掃描功能的手機應用程式連用，達到傳檔的目的，一次可傳送數以百計的照片和影片，而且傳輸速度非常快。
這款免費軟體簡單易用，手機不必安裝任何新的 App，只要用手機掃描這款軟體在您的電腦上所取得的 IP QR Code，讓手機抓到電腦的 IP，然後挑選要傳送的照片和影片就可開始進行無線傳輸。有關傳檔的操作步驟，程式提供圖文並茂的說明，使用者只要點擊程式視窗左窗格上的「如何掃描 QR 碼？」即可開啟使用說明，而且是繁體中文，易懂易學。程式預設會在桌面建立名為「Transferred Files」的存檔資料夾，但您可變更資料夾路徑和名稱。
