Vieas 是一款介面簡潔、採取雙視窗模式的看圖及圖片轉換軟體。雙視窗分為主視窗和編輯視窗，前者用來看圖，功能包括放大或縮小、全螢幕、幻燈片、圖片資訊、Exif 資訊等，而後者用來做圖片編輯，功能包括剪裁、調整大小、展開畫布、旋轉、鏡像、翻轉、更正 (有色階分布圖、等化、高光/陰影、亮度、對比、色彩平衡、飽和度、灰階、負片、柔邊、去雜訊等)。
至於其他功能則有列印、設為桌布、複製/貼上/刪除檔案及支援多螢幕等。這款小巧但功能齊全的免費軟體支援 BMP、PNG、JPEG、TIFF、GIF 圖檔格式的看圖與轉換。
注意：程式啟動後為英文介面，請在主視窗按滑鼠右鍵，從 Tools → Options → Others → Language 中選擇 Chinese Traditional，即變成繁體中文介面。

Vieas is a free image viewer and converter with combination of two window forms and with a minimalist GUI. It supports BMP, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and GIF image formats.
Viewing functions: Zooming, Fullscreen, Slideshow, Always on Top, Histogram, Image information, PNG Textual data, Exif Data.
Editing Functions: Crop, Resize, Expand Canvas, Rotation, Mirror, Flip, Equalize, Correct (Histogram/Gamma/Brightness/Contrast/Highlight/Shadow/Color Balance/Hue/Saturation), Replace Color, Negative, Unsharp Mask, Blur, Soft Focus, Denoise.
Other Functions: Print, Set Wallpaper, Count Colors, Copy/Paste/Delete File, Launch External Tool, Key Customization, multiple monitors support.
