PngOptimizer 是一款免費的圖片壓縮減肥軟體，支援 PNG、BMP、GIF、TGA 等圖檔格式，但不支援 JPEG。這款開放原始碼的免安裝軟體簡單易用，只要將圖片拖放到軟體主視窗，它就會自動進行圖片的壓縮減肥，而 BMP、GIF、TGA 等圖檔除了減肥外還會自動轉換為 PNG 格式，而 PNG 圖片減肥後則會將原圖檔備份，預設為在檔名前加底線。此外，它還支援動畫 (animated) PNG 格式 (APNG)。
