Ratool (Removable Access Tool) 是一款免費的 USB 及其他卸除式裝置存取控制工具，可讓使用者控制對 USB 隨身碟、CD-DVD 光碟機、軟碟機、磁帶裝置及 Windows 可攜式裝置 (WPD) 的存取，以防止機密或重要資料被複製、修改或刪除。
USB 及其他卸除式裝置預設的資料存取狀態為允許讀取和寫入，但 Ratool 可讓使用者將此狀態變更為僅允許唯讀或將其完全封鎖。網路上有許多類似的軟體，但都不是很有效，因為如果你用 A 軟體來保護，別人可能用 B 軟體就輕易地將其解除，但上述裝置經這款軟體保護後，僅能用它來解除。
注意：程式啟動後的介面僅能讓使用者控制對 USB 隨身碟的存取，而光碟機、軟碟機、磁帶裝置及 Windows 可攜式裝置的存取控制，則須從功能表「選項」的選單中進行操作。此外，您也可從「選項」中單鍵拒絕或允許存取所有卸除式磁碟或裝置。

Removable Access tool is a very simple-to-use portable freeware Application it helps an individual or a system administrator control USB storage devices , CD-DVD devices, Floppy device , Tape and WPD devices. You can protect your confidential data from being copied by others . Ratool can disable USB storage access or enable write protection on all USB Flash drives thus prevent data from being modified or deleted.
