Attribute Changer 是一款免費的檔案和資料夾屬性修改工具，可更改各種檔案和資料夾的屬性、日期、時間，甚至更改 NTFS 檔案系統的壓縮率。
這款軟體的基本功能包括全體更改檔案和資料夾屬性，另外一個非常有用的功能就是更改 Windows NTFS 檔案系統的檔案壓縮與解壓縮率。再者，檔案和資料夾的日期和時間可只做部分修改，此時您可讓它不要修改物件的全部資料，而僅修改部分資料，如日期、月份、年份、秒、分或時。所進行的修改可在「動作與結果」(Activity and Results) 標籤即時監看。
這款軟體安裝完之後，使用者只要用滑鼠右鍵點按檔案或資料夾，滑鼠右鍵選單中就會多出一個「Change Attributes… (更改屬性)」項目，點選之後就會出現可讓您更改檔案或資料夾屬性的介面，包括建立日期、修改日期、存取日期等這些 Windows 系統不讓您更改的屬性，都能夠輕易修改。
