SpeedGuide TCP Optimizer 是一款免費的網路加速工具軟體，無須安裝即可使用，而且非常容易使用，直覺的介面對新手和進階用戶皆相宜，只需透過簡單的設定，然後重新啟動電腦，便可加快網路速度。
SpeedGuide TCP Optimizer 可以優化接收緩衝區 (RWIN)、最大傳輸單元 (MTU)、瀏覽器、並發連接數和域名解析優先級 (QoS and ToS/Diffserv prioritization)、域名解析錯誤暫存時間等 TCP/IP 網路重要參數，並可檢測網路允許的最大傳輸單元大小和網路延時，計算出合適的接收緩衝區，並提供網路參數相關的註冊表編輯功能。
這款免費軟體的使用非常簡單，啟動之後勾選視窗中間的 「Modify All Network Adapters」，然後將「Connection Speed」的拉桿推到快一點的位置 (建議不要推至極限，保留一些比較好)，接下來再勾選「Choose settings」中的「Optimal」，然後按下「Apply changes」後重新開機即可。重新開機之後，新的設定數值就會被套用。
SpeedGuide TCP Optimizer 主要是針對寬頻網路連線的設定和加速，但它仍可用來調校任何連線類型 (包括撥接)，使它們的連線速度最佳化。這款工具軟體相容於目前所有 Windows 版本。
